I wish I had paid more attention to the reviewer who mentioned bag being smaller than it looked; dividers blocking the way to use it! Despite its bigger dimensions, it's actually quite small. They wasted lots of space by squishing the top sides in. Smaller than the LeSport Sac I am using, It's really impractical for my use. There were a lot of good reviews and I am happy for those reviewers . The only good points for me are the color is pretty (coffee) and the bag is fairly light. I am going to keep looking.

Next day: I was trying to figure out how I could possibly use this bag.. so I customized it this way. Got a stitch remover out and took the middle zipper totally out. That opened up the whole space in the bag! The divider zipper was pulling in the sides to make it so small. I also removed the pockets inside which were simply taking up space. Voila! The bag is much more useful to me now. Granted it's one space now, but it's not nearly so squashed. So for those of you who are unhappy with your purchase, you might try this. Since the inside lining isn't attached to anything, it's easy to do. My friend liked the idea so much she wants me to order one for her. Good luck!

The shoulder bag was roomy and looked to be a quality product; my wife picked it out and was happy with it when it arrived. That said, it wasn't "made for moms" - as she put it. With less than a month of fairly standard use, not abuse, the shoulder strap began to fray in a way that has made the bag virtually unusable for its intended purpose. We expected the product to last a bit longer than a couple of weeks.
