I have been carrying this bag for about a month now and it is soft, no odor, sturdy, no loose stitching, no cracking (even on straps), no complaints. I am incredibly picky, I prefer 100% leather no matter what brand I'm buying, this is definitely leather, and I have to be able to comfortably wear the bag on my shoulder,which I can with this bag. Also, having two young boys, I need a strap long enough to carry cross body, so I'm able to chase my boys, the strap on this bag is adjustable and perfect for cross body or shoulder depending on the length you adjust it to. I prefer feet on the bottom, this bag has feet. And most importantly, I need plenty of space to hold cups, wipes, monster trucks, snacks, etcetera. This bag is great. Great quality, excellent seller, picky customer approved, young boy tolerant. I highly recommend it.
