I never give this low of a rating...But the very first time I used this purse. I attached the long strap & the entire metal part that holds & clips on, broke in 2. So I can not use the long strap. Which is the way I prefer & why I choose this purse.. Otherwise I would entirely give it 5 stars. Just wish they'd made it strong enough to hold up to the size of purse and the weight this size should carry. So a little upset. Only option given was to return the item for refund but I don't want to return. As it's the only purse I can use right now. I would love for them too correct this issue. I have an entire group of witnesses as we were going to dinner at a restaurant and as we where walking to our table my friend's and I experienced this loud snap. It flings over my head hits someone and my purse thumps to the ground. It was embarrassing. I also have pics.

Very stiff.The zipper is defective,it starts to close then gets stuck then won't go all the way to the end.The gaps besides zipper are Way to Big anything small to medium size could fall out.
If seller See's this I Would Not want a replacement but maybe a choice of another bag.
