This is one heavy bag. They aren't kidding when they say leather! The outside zippers are quite solid, the buckles are heavy, the leather is thiiiick. Probably a good idea to avoid it if what you're looking for is a lightweight bag.

The picture makes it looks like the handles are a little longer than they actually are. It will fit on my shoulder but not as comfortably as I'd hoped.

I can fit quite a lot in here, which was the hope. Currently, I've got my wallet, a little first aid kit, a toiletry kit that I keep with me, hairbrush, granola bar, all my little incidentals (makeup, lip balm, hand sanitizer, lens wipe for my glasses, my asthma inhaler) plus a full sized hardcover book and a clipboard with a spiral notebook. I could fit more if I wanted to.

I docked a star because compared to other "luxury" handbags I've owned (Coach, Dooney, Kate Spade) the lining felt thin, stiff, and cheap. I'm guessing I'll have it torn in no time. The zipper on the inner pockets could be sturider. The color of the lining is nice, though, and will hide any grime/spilled makeup nicely. (Editing to add: I managed to spill strawberry sauce inside the bag thanks to a slice of strawberry cheesecake in leaking to-go box. I emptied the bag and wiped it down with a damp cloth. It cleaned right up and you can't even tell anything happened.)

This MK purse is totally authentic and high quality. I expected it to be bigger, but after using it I realize now that it is the perfect size. Now, as far as packaging, its great as well. Im extremely happy to see they didn't fold the purse (ruining it) like some companies do. Instead, they stuffed and wrapped it with extreme care and padded the box down so it can ship safely and stay in top condition. I will definitely order this again.
